Oxford Mencap needs is run by committee members who are all unpaid. The chair is Barbara Bird and the treasurer is Colin Saunders.

Other committee members include: Katie Hollier, Peter Hawkins, Scott Ellis, Lucy Morgan, Eileen Wright, Toby Staveley, Rob Ayres, Emma Hyde and Ruth Clark.
